Okeechobee High School Artists 2016

Advanced Placement Student's Year End Exhibit
Caitlyn Albers is senior at Okeechobee High School who resides on a farm with her 5 horses. She has grown up in Okeechobee riding and showing horses. Caitlyn's concentration focuses on her emotional ties to the equestrian world as seen through her eyes.
Her art branches over several mediums all are depicting some aspect of herself and her equine companions. She plans to continue her art career at IRSC with a major in criminal justice and crime scene investigation with a minor in art.
Agustin Baltazar is a senior at Okeechobee High School and has may dreams and goals that he is determined to achieve. "Raised in Okeechobee, with not much to do, I found my passion at a young age", states Mr. Baltazar.
"I have been drawing since I can remember and never stopped. My love for art only inspired me to do more and thrive for success. My concentration was about the differences and similarities of good and evil. The yin and yang symbol, in my opinion, runs the world." Agustin continues, "I wanted to show the world how we live threw my eyes and vice versa. Most of my drawings are in black and white in order to show the image as a whole and not be divided by other colors. Altough I love drawing, I plan on going to film school. I want to be a script writer/director and entertain people with movies. Other careers in mind: Author, tattoo artist, chef, graphic designer, owner of a T-Shirt shop and architect."
