Call to Photographers for the
Inaugural Juried Photography Exhibit!

Photography Competition


Okeechobee Main Street’s Arts & Culture Committee will host its inaugural juried photography exhibit at the Historical Okeechobee County Courthouse as a part of their Artist Series.


The show will run from February 1 - March 29, 2018.
An Opening Reception is planned for February 1, 2018 from 5-7 pm

where final awards will be announced.


The competition will be open to local photographers, including youth (under 18),
from Okeechobee, Buckhead Ridge and Brighton Seminole Indian Reservation.

The theme for this competition is “Picture: Okeechobee County”

Office hours are Monday - Friday 9-4.
Main Street holidays:
New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after,
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
 In addition, the office will be closed on the Friday after
Thanksgiving and will be closed on Christmas Eve on
those occasions when said holiday falls on a business day.
